Booking and Confirmation

Your tour booking is confirmed only after Wisdom India Holidays receives all necessary details and the required booking deposit. By making a booking, you agree to our terms and conditions, and authorize us to act on your behalf for travel arrangements.

Payments

A deposit is required to secure your booking. Full payment must be completed prior to the tour start date—deadlines and amounts depend on the specific package. Special tours and peak-season bookings may require full advance payment. All payments must be made through approved methods as detailed on our website.

Pricing and Surcharges

Tour prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in fuel costs, taxes, currency, or other events outside our control. Any additional surcharges will be communicated to you in advance and must be paid before commencement of services.

Changes to Bookings by Client

Requests for changes must be submitted in writing. Changes are possible only if feasible, and may incur additional charges. Last-minute amendments may not be guaranteed.

Cancellations

If you cancel, written notification is required. Cancellation charges apply based on timing: generally, the closer to departure, the higher the fee. No refund applies for last-minute cancellations or no-shows. In case Wisdom India Holidays cancels the tour due to unforeseen events, you will receive a full refund or equivalent credit.

Itinerary Amendments

We reserve the right to alter itineraries—whether for safety, operational, or legal reasons. Changes are rare and communicated as soon as possible. No liability for compensation for force majeure circumstances beyond our control.

Accommodation and Transport

Details on accommodation and transport are provided prior to booking. Substitutions may occur if necessary and will be of a similar standard if possible.

Documents and Travel Compliance

Clients are responsible for valid travel documents, visas, and vaccinations. Wisdom India Holidays does not accept liability for losses resulting from improper documentation.

Health and Safety

Please disclose any medical conditions before booking. We may require written certification of fitness for travel. We reserve the right to refuse bookings for health or safety reasons.

Liability

Wisdom India Holidays is not responsible for losses, damages, delays, or injuries caused by incidents beyond our control, including acts of nature, government actions, or failures by third-party providers.

Behavior and Conduct

You must comply with local laws and regulations during the tour. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may lead to removal from the tour without refund.

Complaints

Any issues should be reported immediately during your tour for prompt resolution. Unresolved complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the tour’s completion.

Policy Amendments

These terms may be updated to reflect changes in business practice, legal requirements, or customer needs. Latest terms will be posted on the Wisdom India Holidays website.
