Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Client
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (via email or official contact form).
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the tour start date: No charge; full refund.
- Cancellations between 07–15 days: 30% of tour package cost will be retained.
- Cancellations between 15–20 days: 50% of tour package cost will be retained.
- Cancellations between 20–25 days: 100% of tour package cost will be retained.
- Cancellations within 10 days of the tour start date: No refund.
- Special cases: In the event of sudden illness or death in the immediate family, partial refunds may be considered with relevant proof, subject to deduction of non-refundable hotel or transport charges.
Cancellation by Tour Operator
- If Wisdom India Holidays cancels a tour due to force majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, etc.) or insufficient bookings, a full refund or equivalent credit will be provided.
- Refunds for tours canceled by the operator do not include non-refundable third-party services (flights, train tickets, specific hotels) if stated in the booking contract.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method.
- Please allow 15–45 days for refunds to be completed, depending on banks and service providers.
- Unutilized services, late arrivals, missed departures, or voluntary termination of travel are not eligible for refunds.
Partial Refunds & Credits
- Clients may opt to receive refund money as a credit voucher for use on future bookings, valid for 24 months from the original tour date.
- All refunds are subject to deduction of applicable service fees, bank charges, and non-refundable expenses paid to third parties.
Disputes
Refund disputes are handled under Indian law and may be escalated to the appropriate consumer dispute forum if necessary.
